Wayne and his wife Rachel have been married for 35 years. They have 3 children. Wayne served as associate pastor with his father in NJ for 12 years. After this, he and his family moved to Nashville where Wayne began his traveling ministry. He ministered in a different church every weekend doing concerts and worship seminars all across America and to many Nations. In 2002, Wayne and his family moved to Fayetteville to serve as Worship Pastor. He served in this role until April 2012 when he was asked to be the site Pastor at at Manna's Cliffdale site.
