Jeff Toomer joined the Manna Staff in 2008 after a 20 year career as an Army officer, culminating with battalion command at Fort Bragg. Jeff is a 1988 graduate of West Point, and holds Masters Degrees in Counseling and Leader Development (Long Island University) and Military Arts and Sciences (Command and General Staff College). Jeff and Laryssa have a passion for discipleship and mentoring, and they enjoy hobbies of personal fitness, music, and reading. They have three children.
