Prayer & Evangelism
Manna Outreach consists of prayer and evangelism. God says of His people, that they are to be a "house of prayer for all nations". He also says that His heart is that "none should perish".

Both prayer and evangelism stand alone as imperative works of God's people, yet they each have a unique potential to fuel the other. Evangelism without prayer will generally bear little fruit.

Conversely, prayer without an evangelistic focus and goal can lead to an out of balance introspective habit. Through prayer we gain the heart of God. God's heart burns for the salvation of the lost. Every Christian who gives him or herself to prayer will eventually see a passion for the lost fill his or her soul. A passion for His presence will indeed birth a passion for people.

Electronic Prayer Alert
Today's efficient communication systems afford us great opportunities to further advance God's kingdom. Daily, via email, hundreds of Manna members receive prayer requests through the Prayer Alert. Emergencies, illnesses, special events and outreaches are bathed in prayer through this ministry. If you have a heart to be on this important team, contact the church office.

Prayer Groups
There are several prayer cells (small groups) that meet weekly at Manna as well as throughout the city. As we put our hand to any lasting work, prayer is of utmost importance. The prayer focus varies from cell to cell. Check out the current Small Groups Directory for more details.

Prophetic Worship and Intercession
Once a month on a Sunday evening we hold a church-wide prophetic worship and intercession meeting. We gather in the Cliffdale Site Worship Center with the entire worship team to seek God's face as well as to gain His heart for the world around us. We're running after a passion for His presence that ignites a passion for people. Please join us for these special times of prayer the prophetic and worship.

Pastors Prayer Shields
Spiritually speaking, Manna's pastors are constantly on the front lines. Each of them desperately needs your prayer cover. For this reason every year we develop "prayer shields" for Manna's pastors. These teams are contacted each month by the pastor they are shielding through prayer. Be alert in December for the opportunity to become a part of your pastor's shield.

Prayer Center
Manna's Prayer Center provides a designated space set apart solely for prayer. It is equipped with an abundance of prayer related resources. Among other things, prayer stations within the Center include local church needs, citywide needs, prayer booths for the nations and information to assist in praying for governing officials. Each day, as prayer goes up to heaven from the hearts of Manna members in the Center, impact is being made from our neighbors to the nations.

The Servant
Jesus said, "The greatest among you is the servant". Several times a year hundreds of Manna folks hit the streets to serve the people of Fayetteville. Taking part in a soda give away, free car wash and other servant-oriented projects is a real blast. You'll love seeing people's response to your gracious acts of kindness. We are softening hearts of people all over our city as we show the love of Jesus in these practical ways. Come join the fun at our next servant evangelism project!

Evangelism Explosion
Evangelism Explosion is a tremendous tool to equip you to share your faith. Each week after an hour of instruction, qualified trainers lead teams of three as they visit folks who've recently been a guest at Manna. If you feel incapable of sharing your faith, EE is just the outreach for you! The 13-week cycle will equip you to clearly share the powerful gospel of Jesus Christ.

Heaven Booth
At various fairs within the county we use an evangelistic tool we call the "Heaven Booth". In the booth we invite fair goers to take a two-question test. We then share the gospel by reading through a simple outline. While using the Heaven Booth we lead dozens of people to Christ through each event.

City Net
Twice a year we throw the net of God's love and Word over entire sections of our city. We stuff door hangers, bags or envelopes with gospel tracts and promotions for free food from area restaurants. We impact thousands of families through these outreaches. Listen for announcements for our next City Net outreach.
